Team Dunn PT is a partnership of highly qualified personal trainers — Jenny and Matt — with more than two decades of combined experience. Based in Brighton and Hove, they offer a warm, motivational and non-judgmental approach to fitness.

Training takes place in a variety of settings: outdoors in parks and on the seafront, at home (in-person or via Zoom), or in a small private studio in Hove. Services include one-to-one personal training, yoga classes with Jenny, the Strong with Jenny online subscription programme, and HIIT FIT circuit classes with Matt on Hove Lawns every Thursday in summer.
