Ten Notting Hill is where Ten Health & Fitness began — the brand's original studio, set between Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Green in West London. It's a bright, welcoming space where movement, treatment and training work together under one roof.
The ground-floor Reformer Pilates studio features 10 reformer beds and full-length mirrors to help you focus on form and technique, with classes spanning Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels, as well as Pre & Post Natal, Jumpboard, Stretching and Classical Equipment Pilates.
The studio also includes a dedicated gym space and treatment rooms for Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and Clinical Exercise, all delivered through Ten's integrated, expert approach. It is additionally home to Ten's Education Hub, where the next generation of Reformer Pilates instructors train.
