The Fit Box is a results-driven boutique fitness studio offering one-on-one and small group personal training (max 6 people), led by a trainer with over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer, Deadly Dozen Master Trainer, sports therapist, and transformation coach.
Sessions are tailored to individual goals — from fat loss and muscle gain to injury recovery — and take place both indoors in the Fit Box Gym and outdoors on adjacent green space. Members also enjoy free gym access when sessions are not running, changing rooms, lockers, free parking, and free WiFi.
