The Fitness Team Ltd is a dedicated personal training gym based at the Prince of Wales Stadium in Cheltenham. The newly refurbished facility features 7 individual equipped training zones — each with its own squat rack, bench, Olympic weights, TRX and more — plus shared specialist machines and an enviable outdoor area including a 400m running track.

With a maximum of 7 trainers on site at any one time, sessions are always focused, private and never overcrowded. The gym offers 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 personal training, outdoor group fitness sessions, and residential bootcamps, as well as zone hire for independent personal trainers looking for a professional, well-equipped space to train their own clients.
