The Forge Reformer is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio tucked away in the East Sussex countryside, offering small-group sessions of up to six people for a personalised, focused experience.

Founded by Lisa, a former contemporary dancer and movement teacher with two decades of teaching experience, the studio offers a range of 50-minute classes including Foundation (beginner-friendly), Open Level, Restore (gentle & functional), Jumpboard (high-intensity cardio), and Stretch (mobility-focused). Private 1:1 sessions and private group hire are also available.

The ethos is calm, supportive, and results-driven — helping clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence for the long term.
