With a maximum of six reformers, the environment is intimate, calm, and focused — a world away from big intimidating gyms.
Expert coach Jackie provides personalised coaching, starting every new client with a 1:1 induction. Dedicated sessions are also available for those aged 60–65+, focusing on mobility, core strength, balance, and long-term independence.
