TMAS is a premier martial arts and fitness studio with roots going back to 1979, offering a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities across the Northwest. Founded by siblings Bern, Gary and Sharon Giam — inspired by their father's boxing background — the studio has grown from a single location into a multi-site community hub.
