The Ministry Gym is an exclusive, limited-membership functional training facility in Basingstoke. Built around a committed community ethos, the gym offers group classes, personal training, seminars and open gym time. Members are expected to support each other and train hard — improving not just their physiology but their psychology.
Classes include early morning Dawn Raiders sessions, lunchtime workouts, FYF Fridays and Sunday's heavy-metal-fuelled 'The Grunt'. Specialist Film and TV Aesthetics Training is also available.
