The MVMT Room is a friendly boutique fitness studio based at Lymm Marina, Cheshire, offering expert coach- and physiotherapist-led training in small groups. Classes include Strength & Fitness, Mobility & Flexibility (Functional Range Conditioning), Runners Conditioning, Hybrid HIIT, and Yoga — all designed to help members move better, feel better, and live better.
