The Pilates Pod is North Hertfordshire's premier Classical Pilates studio, founded in 2011 as one of the first dedicated Classical Pilates studios in Hitchin and one of only a handful in the UK.

An award-winning, body-positive studio offering group and private Pilates sessions on mat and apparatus (Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and more), as well as pregnancy and postnatal Pilates, restorative yoga and breathwork through its Zen Den programme.

Classes are available both in-studio and online, with memberships, new client packages, and on-demand content via Pod TV.
