The Pilates Space is a dedicated Pilates studio in the heart of Letchworth town centre, led by Sara Crow, a classically trained master teacher with over 30 years' experience. Classes are kept intentionally small — never more than six people — ensuring every session is personal and effective.

The studio offers Mixed Ability classes, Beginners' courses, 1:1 sessions on the apparatus, and specialist classes in Backcare, Bone Health, Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates, both in-studio and online.
