The Pilates Room Grayshott is a boutique Pilates studio founded by Vicky Evans, who has been part of the local community since 2014. The studio offers small group Reformer and Matwork classes for all levels, as well as private sessions tailored to the individual.
Classes range from gentle Matwork for healthy ageing to Classical Intermediate sessions, with every session including complimentary water and healthy snacks. The studio also offers Pilates teacher training.
