The Reformer Studio is a growing chain of boutique Reformer Pilates studios across the Midlands and Manchester, including two Nottingham locations (Lace Market and West Bridgford). Rooted in Joseph Pilates' original method of Contrology, classes use custom-designed Reformer machines to strengthen the core, improve posture, enhance flexibility and build confidence.
Small class sizes, expert instructors and a welcoming atmosphere mean every member is met where they're at — from complete beginners in Foundation classes through to advanced levels. The studio also operates the sister brand Wunda Studio, which combines the Pilates Chair with athletic movement for performance-focused training.
