The Studio BTN is an outdoor fitness studio based at SEAGYM on Madeira Drive, Brighton, run by certified personal trainer and TRX instructor Jamie Szymonik. The studio offers TRX suspension training, boxing, Pilates and group fitness classes on the seafront, alongside one-to-one personal training and on-demand TRX video classes.

Originally founded in Barcelona as The Studio BCN, Jamie brought his winning formula to Brighton after COVID closed the Barcelona studio in 2020.
