The Training Gyms Bedford is the UK's first and only specialist personal training gym for people over 40. Founded in 2009 (originally as The DVCC), the Bedford location has been helping clients feel fitter and healthier for more than 20 years under Thomas and his team.

The gym offers one-to-one personal training, small-group personal training, and large-group sessions in a welcoming, judgement-free environment — no mirrors, no lycra-clad crowds, just real coaching and real results tailored to your age and lifestyle. Clients travel from Bromham, Biddenham and surrounding villages, with easy access from the A421.
