The Workhouse Gym is a premium independent gym based in Castle Donington, Derby, opened in 2017. Spanning over 10,000 sq ft, it features a main gym floor, a dedicated studio for group fitness classes, a separate spinning studio, and a free weights area.
With 15 different class styles and 38 classes per week — including Spin, Bootcamp, Bodypump, Yoga, Zumba, Body Conditioning, and more — the gym welcomes both members and non-members. An on-site sports therapist offers massage and acupuncture. The team prides itself on building real relationships and supporting the local community to get fit and stay healthy.
