The Performance Works is led by Edward Stembridge, a degree-qualified personal trainer and ex-rugby player with a background in strength and conditioning science from St Mary's University.

The studio offers one-to-one personal training sessions across south west London — at your home, a local park, or at Sport St Mary's in Twickenham — as well as semi-private small group classes (capped at 4 people) held at Richmond Rugby Club and Barnes Sports Pavilion.

Every programme is individually tailored, with a focus on building strength, preventing injury, and delivering real results in a fun and energetic environment. Sessions are baby- and child-friendly.
