A boutique Pilates and yoga studio based in Newport, Isle of Wight. @theSTUDIO offers matwork Pilates (Fundamental, Improvers, and Pilates with Props), Reformer and Cadillac apparatus classes, Yin Yoga, Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement, and private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions.
