TK Yoga Retreat is a boutique yoga retreat and teacher training centre based in the historic county of Suffolk, UK, run by principals Tina Brewer and Keely Warren — both holding Elder status with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience.
The studio offers a range of accredited yoga teacher training courses (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Children's Yoga, and more), alongside holistic therapies, Qi Gong & Tai Chi training, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, and Indian Head Massage.
Training groups are kept intentionally small (max 6 students), and students can stay in on-site accommodation surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside. TK Yoga takes a student-led approach that values each person's authentic teaching style, with a strong emphasis on the healing and therapeutic aspects of yoga.
