Total Kickboxing is a Dublin kickboxing club founded by 7th Dan Black Belt Master Liam Whelan, based in Sandyford, Co. Dublin. Classes run across three levels: Beginners (no experience needed, with a non-contact option), Intermediate/Advanced, and Competition Prep with structured sparring.

Training covers punching and kicking technique, defence and movement, fitness conditioning, practical self-defence and a belt grading system from beginner to Black Belt. The club welcomes ages 15 to 60+ and offers Light Contact, Full Contact, K-1 style and low-kick training, with everything optional to the student.

Classes run Monday and Thursday evenings from 7:45 to 9:15 pm, led by a team of Garda-vetted black belt instructors affiliated with KBI, WAKO and IMAC.
