With a team of 10 highly qualified personal trainers — some on board since the very beginning — the studio delivers 1:1 personal training, body shape transformation, stretching, mobility and strength training, postural assessment and correction, injury rehabilitation and recovery, nutrition guidance, and sports psychology.

The studio keeps client numbers restricted to ensure an exclusive experience, and caters for all ages from juniors to seniors. It also supplies gym equipment and offers home and commercial gym design services.
