Trika Yoga is an independent yoga and pilates studio in the heart of North Street, Southville/Bedminster, Bristol. Open since December 2016, the studio offers a wide and varied schedule of classes — from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin to Pilates, Barre, Restorative and Pregnancy yoga — running from 7am to 8.30pm.

Trika also offers massages, fertility/pregnancy/postnatal support, workshops, foodie yoga retreats, private sessions, and an online beginners course. Everyone is welcome, whatever their level, background or identity.
