Twist Studios is a private personal training studio with five South London locations — Lewisham, Forest Hill, Peckham, Camberwell and Beckenham. Founded in 2009, it offers one-to-one personal training, small group sessions and regular fitness classes including Circuit Training, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Legs Bums & Tums, Boxercise and more.
No gym membership or contract is required. The friendly, experienced team — ranked among the Evening Standard's top 14 in the UK — creates tailored programmes for all fitness levels, including pre/post-natal and menopause support. Sports massage and a 12-week body confidence plan are also available.
