Based in a private, calm studio on Cambridge Drive in Lee (SE12), Danny offers fully personalised 1-2-1 coaching sessions in a peaceful space free from crowds and noise.

Services cover functional strength training, nutrition coaching, confidence coaching, posture and mobility work, and ante/postnatal exercise. A small outdoor courtyard is also available for fine-weather training.
