UFIT Fitness is a community-driven gym and fitness hub in the heart of South Cardiff, Splott. Billing itself as 'a playground for everyone', UFIT offers open gym access alongside a wide variety of group classes including CrossFit, Boxing, HYROX, Bootcamp, Yoga, Cadence (cycling), GirlULift, UGrapple, and Baby & Ufit.
