Ultimate Fitness Centre Cardiff (UFCC) is a multi-discipline martial arts and fitness gym based in Roath, Cardiff. The centre offers a fully equipped fitness gym with cardio machinery, resistance equipment and a free weights area, alongside a wide range of combat sports classes including BJJ (Jiu Jitsu), boxing, kickboxing, K1, Muay Thai and more.
