Ultimate MMA is a white-collar MMA events organisation based in London, founded in memory of the organiser's mother who passed away from a rare lung disease. Participants sign up for free 8-week training camps that teach MMA skills and get them into the best shape of their lives — mentally and physically — before competing at a live event.
No experience is needed, men and women are welcome, and every participant is matched by weight, ability, experience and fitness to ensure fairness and safety. The events also serve a charitable purpose: all fighters are asked to raise at least £60 for the British Lung Foundation.
