Underground Gym Newhaven is a full-service gym launched in 2017 as the second location in the Underground Gym group. Based at 15 Avis Way, it offers expansive functional and combat training areas, a boxing ring, powerlifting platforms, calisthenics area, large free weights and cardio zones, a stretching room, sunbeds, and a protein shake bar.
Members enjoy unlimited group fitness classes — including Hyrox, circuit training, and more — free onsite parking, a free PT session on joining, and access to all three Underground Gym locations across Newhaven, Brighton, and Tunbridge Wells.
