Based in a purpose-built premises near Chesterfield town centre, Unit 1 offers a wide range of classes including karate, kickboxing, Boxercise, Strong by Zumba, Fitness Pilates, and Ten3s. Classes are available for women only, children, families, beginners, and experienced martial artists alike.
