Unit 29 is a 3,000 sq. ft. multi-award-winning performance facility in Washington, Tyne & Wear, established in 2014. With no contract and no joining fee, the gym offers open gym access, group fitness classes (HYDROX, Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness), one-to-one personal training, small group PT programmes, and specialist athlete development coaching.

The coaching team brings over 20 years of experience, having worked with professional footballers, UFC fighters, Cage Warriors world champions, and England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford. Fully equipped with Hammer Strength and plate-loaded machines, cardio, functional, and HYROX training equipment, Unit 29 caters for all abilities from beginners to elite athletes.
