Unity Thai Boxing is a Muay Thai and boxing gym offering structured classes for the whole family. The timetable covers adult fundamentals and beginners, intermediate and advanced sessions, plus boxing-only, themed sparring and open mat. Kids are well catered for with junior beginner, intermediate and advanced classes (ages 7-14), junior sparring and Tiny Thais for ages 3-6.

There are also ladies-only sessions, a Mum & Baby fitness class, and strength and conditioning. Classes are led by a team of coaches including David and Charlotte Borland, and booking and memberships are handled online.
