Up-Grade Martial Arts is Bexhill's first martial arts gym and community education centre, offering boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes for all ages and abilities — from age 3 upwards. All instructors are experienced, championship-level fighters. The gym also provides personal training and kids' classes, including a fusion class for children with SEN.
