Urban Escrima is a team of certified Escrima Concepts instructors delivering realistic self-defence training in a professional and welcoming environment in Hackney, London.
Based on a Filipino martial art, the Escrima Concepts system focuses on a set of universal concepts rather than memorising many techniques, enabling you to defend against all types of attacks — punches, kicks, weapons and more.
Classes are open to all adults regardless of experience, with training designed to build fitness, strength, coordination, confidence and awareness, as well as non-physical conflict resolution skills.
