Vernyoga is a health-aware yoga and wellness studio in Surrey led by Vernette, an experienced multi-disciplined health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience. The studio offers a wide range of in-person, live online and on-demand classes including Hatha Flow, Yogalates, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Zumba and Kids Yoga.
Specialist services include 1-2-1 Yoga Therapy, Pilates and Personal Training, as well as workshops on breathwork, menopause coaching and yoga therapy. Additional therapies include massage, Reiki, EFT, ear candling and counselling. All students complete a health screening form before booking, ensuring adaptive and safer classes for all.
