Vital Exercise is a husband and wife owned private personal training studio in Brightlingsea, Essex, overlooking the waterfront and harbour. Appointment-only and limited to a maximum of three clients at a time, it offers a distraction-free environment with no audience, no mirrors and no intimidation.

Head coach Ted Harrison brings over 40 years of experience, and all programmes are rooted in scientific research and evidence-based strength and conditioning methods. Services include one-to-one personal training, shared sessions (each client has their own coach), an Independent+ self-directed programme, and online coaching via Zoom.

Full-body workouts typically take around thirty minutes, making it ideal for busy schedules.
