Walktall Pilates offers mat-based Pilates classes in Bristol, running live on Zoom on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 10am. Led by Joyce Tyson, who qualified with Body Control Pilates in 1999 and holds a Level 4 advanced teaching qualification specialising in lower back pain, the classes are small (maximum 10 people) and suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and genders.

Sessions focus on slow, flowing, precise movements that build core stability, improve posture, and release tension. Small equipment such as the Magic Circle, overball, bands, and foam rollers are sometimes used. Joyce also offers workshops, Pilates holidays, and Indian Head Massage.
