West London Boxing Academy (WLBA) is a friendly boxing gym in Hanwell, West London, welcoming all levels from complete beginners to competitive fighters. The gym features an 18ft competition-level ring, 10 punch bags, speed balls, rowing machines, air cycles, a weights area, and male and female changing rooms with showers.
Coaches work to bring out the best in every member, whether the goal is fitness, confidence, or competitive boxing. The club hosts its own white collar boxing shows up to five times a year at venues across London.
