With five locations across Yorkshire and over 1,000 active members, they offer programmes for all ages — from 3-year-olds to adults — including kids' martial arts, teen classes, ladies-only sessions, and private lessons.
Their full-time professional instructors are DBS checked, first-aid trained, and safeguarding certified, with a strong focus on building confidence, fitness, and community.
