Fun Fabulous Fitness is a friendly, inclusive fitness and yoga studio run by Karen, a passionate instructor with over 28 years of experience. Classes are held in a relaxed, mirror-free environment with plenty of banter and laughter, welcoming all ages, sizes, genders and abilities.

The timetable includes Hatha Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga, Zenga (a Yoga/Pilates blend), Total Body Conditioning, Step & Tone, Fitness Yoga, Baby Yoga and Giggle & Wiggle — all designed to be fun while delivering real physical and mental wellbeing benefits.

Most classes are approximately 45–50 minutes and are held at Gedney Dyke Village Hall, with some sessions also available on Zoom.
