Yoga Journey

Della is a highly experienced yoga, barré and dance teacher based in Surrey, offering classes online and in person in Wallington and Banstead.

With a background as a professional dancer and performer — including tours with Sarah Brightman and appearances at the BRIT Awards alongside artists such as Beyoncé and Kanye West — Della brings deep movement intelligence to everything she teaches.

Her yoga journey began in 2000 and she has been teaching since 2009, trained within the Krishnamacharya lineage under Colin Dunsmuir. She is a British Wheel of Yoga member and also holds advanced yoga therapy qualifications. Barré classes blend precision, musicality and low-impact strength work, while her dance offering draws on decades of professional performance experience.

The philosophy behind all her work is empowerment: helping people feel strong without losing softness, move with grace and intention, and reconnect to their bodies without judgement.
