Yoga Moves Glasgow is a community-focused yoga studio teaching live classes at the historic Arlington Baths in Woodside, Glasgow, as well as online via Zoom.

Founded in the spirit of Rosina Bonsu (1955–2020), the studio offers a welcoming and inclusive range of classes including Ashtanga Yoga, Mysore Style, Yin Yoga, Yoga Building Blocks, Beginners Ashtanga, Chair Yoga, Pranayama, and a donation-based Community Self-Practice class on Saturdays.

All classes are open to members and non-members of the Arlington Baths, and are suitable for all experience levels.
