Inside Out Wellness is a yoga and Pilates practice run by Martina Avery, a yoga teacher, nutritional therapist and lifestyle coach with over 20 years of personal yoga experience. Classes are mainly vinyasa-style (Hatha flow) yoga and classical mat Pilates, suitable for all levels from beginners to improvers.

Once a month a relaxing Yin/restorative yoga mini retreat, the Sunday Sanctuary, is also offered. Private one-to-one sessions, small groups and corporate lunchtime yoga and workshops are available, along with 1:1 nutrition support, wellness retreats and an affordable online membership with a video library for those who can't attend live.

Classes are booked and pre-paid through PunchPass, with both in-person and Zoom options. Students describe Martina as warm, welcoming and inclusive.
