Yogi Claire Hatha Yoga Brooklands

Yogi Claire Hatha Yoga is a community-based yoga offering run by Claire Pickin, teaching affordable Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga across Sale and Sale Moor since 2007.

Classes are mixed-ability and especially welcoming to beginners, with a gentle, non-intimidating approach that goes beyond postures to encompass breathwork, relaxation, meditation, and tools for managing stress and anxiety through nervous system regulation.

Claire draws on extensive training in the neuroscience of yoga as well as CBT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Kinesiology and Counselling to teach sensitively and somatically, without pressure to go deeper than feels right. In-person classes are held at local community venues in Sale Moor and Sale, with online classes available via Zoom and a video library on Patreon.
