YoGlasgow! is a community-focused yoga organisation delivering Chair Yoga and therapeutic yoga classes across north-east Glasgow.

With over 40 regular participants per session, the classes welcome people of all abilities — including those using walking aids or wheelchairs — and cater especially to those living with chronic health conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson's, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression and stroke recovery.

Sessions are held in accessible community centres across areas including Easterhouse, Baillieston, Springburn and beyond, and are designed to be playful, informative and socially enriching. YoGlasgow! also offers therapeutic yoga for health centres and workplace/school programmes.
