Swift Fitness York

Swift Fitness York is a purpose-built, independent gym spread across three spacious floors in Layerthorpe, York. Welcoming members of all ages, shapes and sizes — from beginners and families to professional athletes — the gym prides itself on quality over quantity and a personal, community-focused approach.

Facilities include a dedicated cardio room with Cybex treadmills and cardio machines, a Hammer Strength weights room, and a third-floor studio running classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise and Zumba. The building features clean filtered air, air conditioning, sunrooms and showers. Personal trainers, a resident physiotherapist and in-house inductions are also available.
