Zen Combat Academy is a martial arts and personal training gym in Bideford, welcoming people from all walks of life regardless of age, background or experience.
Led by Head Instructor Sifu Norm Willis — with over 40 years of martial arts training and 26 years in the security industry — the academy offers classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, Krav Maga, Judo, and Hatton Boxing, as well as children's martial arts classes, personal training, meditation, and personalised diet plans.
With no joining fee and flexible pay-as-you-train options, it trains members of the public as well as MOD, police, fire service, RAF, and military personnel.
