Zen Martial Arts Academy is Blackpool's longest-running kickboxing club, open since 1993 and an award-winning martial arts school recognised as Martial Art School of the Year at the Manchester and North West England Prestige Awards.
The academy welcomes all ages from 4 years upward, offering Lil' Dragons kickboxing (4–7 yrs), Juniors kickboxing (8–15 yrs), Adults kickboxing (16+), Ladies Only classes, circuit training and body conditioning, weapons and self-defence classes, and group or private 1-2-1 sessions.
Over the years Zen has produced 21 black belts, 5 world champions, and multiple British, North West and North Wales title holders. Students benefit from improved confidence, speed, fitness, strength, conditioning and balance.
