Zen2Yoga is an award-winning yoga studio in Polmont, Falkirk, founded in 2017 by Chris and Nabila — both 500hr YTT qualified. The studio offers a wide range of classes for all levels, including Yoga Basics, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Indian Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pilates, Spin (zen2spin), Body Pump and more.
All equipment — mats, blocks, straps, wheels, cushions and blankets — is provided free of charge. Classes can be attended in-person or via livestream, and are booked through the Mywellness App. Named Best Yoga Studio in Falkirk with a quality rating of over 95%, Zen2Yoga also runs workshops, Sound Bath Sundays, yoga retreats and teacher training.
