Zumba International Bury has been helping women in Bury improve their health, fitness, and confidence through fun, easy-to-follow Zumba classes for over 16 years.

Led by instructor and pharmacist Dianne Mehr (and her daughter Rachel, a physiotherapist), the studio offers regular Zumba and Zumba Gold classes at two local community centres — Hollins Community Centre on Mondays and Sunnybank Community Centre on Thursdays — as well as online on-demand classes.

Classes are designed to be beginner-friendly, low-pressure, and welcoming to older adults and women returning to exercise.
