1 To 1 Performance is a specialised training centre on Villagatan in Östermalm, Stockholm, with a focus on personal training and performance development. The offering centres on individual strength training and rehabilitation, where personal trainers work closely with each client.

The atmosphere is professional and stripped back — results and individual adaptation are prioritised over large group classes. The premises at Villagatan 9–11 are geared towards one-to-one training rather than open gym membership.

What sets the studio apart is the trainers' specialisation within the Poliquin International Certification Program (level 2) and ART – Active Release Technique, a manual treatment method for muscles and connective tissue.

Mats Hagedorn has over 16 years of experience working with, among others, NHL players and in collaboration with the Russian Speedskating Union, while Helén Liljenberg combines a chiropractic background with personal training. Suited to those who want individually tailored coaching, are seeking rehabilitation after an injury, or are training towards specific performance goals.
